To figure out your picture's DPI follow these instructions:

Right-click on the image file and click Properties at the bottom of the menu. In the Properties menu, click the Details tab. Scroll down to the Image section of the menu, you'll see two values that give you your image's DPI: Horizontal Resolution and Vertical Resolution.

A bright, in-focus photo of at least 1000 x 1000 pixels. Keep faces away from the edges and check your preview: we print exactly what you see.

How long until it arrives?

Made within about 3 business days, then FedEx delivery takes up to 7 business days.

Are the pieces the same as your classic puzzles?

Custom puzzles finish at 19.25" x 26.625", a little smaller than our classic 24" x 30", so the pieces are smaller too.

Why does my confirmation email show a different picture?

The email shows a stock image. Your puzzle is made from the design in your preview.
